Business Applications Services

• Provision of support and maintenance services for software/computer software/ databases, combined into Information Systems (IS), providing access to the Systems
• Provision and regular maintenance of the business application, within its embedded functionality, granting/disabling access to a business application
• Introductory training of users on working with a business application, advising Users on working with a business application
• Ensuring information security of business application usage, including: identification and authentication of users, inventory of information resources, separation of user rights (roles), assignment of minimum necessary rights and privileges, restriction of unsuccessful login attempts and parallel access sessions, blocking the session in case of inactivity, management of network connections and access control from other information systems, analysis of access logs, revision of user lists and granting authority, monitoring the integrity of the software, informing personnel about the requirements of information security.
