«Provision of co-location and Internet-channels services for the customer's equipment in the provider's data center in Dubai (UAE)».

Tender procedure:

1) if a candidate wishes to participate in the tender, candidate sends a letter (in free form) to the Tender Authority;

2) in response to the candidate’s letter specified in clause 1, the Tender Authority sends the candidate a package of tender documentation, including the application form;

3) the candidate, having studied the tender documentation package, sends a completed application form to the Tender Authority no later than July 11, 2025;

4) in addition to the application, no later than July 18, 2025, the candidate undertakes to send to the Tender Authority a full package of documents stipulated by the tender documentation sent to the candidate earlier (clause 2). Package of documents received later will not be considered;

5) in the period from July 11, 2025 to July 18, 2025, the Tender Authority, having received a package of tender documentation from candidates, has the right to contact the candidate for clarifications;

6) during the period specified in clause 5, the candidate has the right to contact the Tender Authority for clarifications and consultations regarding the provision of a package of tender documentation.

Communication between the candidate and the Tender Authority may be carried out by mail, e-mail, specified in this announcement.

Tender Committee shall store the personal data of participants of tenders during 5 years after conducting tender according to the internal procurement rule.
