Inquiries, questions and requests for clarifications are to be directed to the following address:

Tender procedure:

1) if a candidate wishes to participate in the tender, candidate sends a letter (in free form) to the Tender Authority;

2) in response to the candidate’s letter specified in clause 1, the Tender Authority sends the candidate a package of tender documentation, including the application form;

3) the candidate, having studied the tender documentation package, sends a completed application form to the Tender Authority no later than May 22, 2025;

4) in addition to the application, no later than June 6, 2025, the candidate undertakes to send to the Tender Authority a full package of documents stipulated by the tender documentation sent to the candidate earlier (clause 2). Package of documents received later will not be considered;

5) in the period from May 22, 2025 to June 6, 2025, the Tender Authority, having received a package of tender documentation from candidates, has the right to contact the candidate for clarifications;

6) during the period specified in clause 5, the candidate has the right to contact the Tender Authority for clarifications and consultations regarding the provision of a package of tender documentation.

Communication between the candidate and the Tender Authority may be carried out by mail, e-mail, specified in this announcement.

Tender Committee shall store the personal data of participants of tenders during 5 years after conducting tender according to the internal procurement rule.

Attention candidates: the deadline for submitting applications to the Tender Authority has been extended until June 3, 2025 inclusive. The deadline for submitting the package of documents (commercial and technical parts of the proposal) - until June 18, 2025 inclusive.
